I see Apparmor denials of the form:

[344320.076652] audit: type=1400 audit(1477284266.193:67): apparmor="DENIED"
operation="create" profile="/usr/sbin/libvirtd" pid=12602 comm="libvirtd"
family="netlink" sock_type="raw" protocol=9 requested_mask="create"
denied_mask="create"
[344320.078124] audit: type=1400 audit(1477284266.193:68): apparmor="DENIED"
operation="create" profile="/usr/sbin/libvirtd" pid=12602 comm="libvirtd"
family="netlink" sock_type="raw" protocol=0 requested_mask="create"
denied_mask="create"

@Tedesco, please could you see if the libvirt-bin service starts after a
reboot? I'd like to understand whether the problem is in loading an
AppArmor profile during upgrade, or if the problem is elsewhere. Once
you've answered, please change the bug status back to New. Thanks!
