golang-github-coreos-pkg is uninstallable if golang-go.crypto from
yakkety-proposed is installed, due to:

[Test case]
1) Install libgolang-golang-x-crypto1 from yakkety-proposed
2) Attempt to install golang-github-coreos-go-systemd-dev
[Regression Potential]
The fix for this is a no-change rebuild to build against the right version of
golang-go.crypto, and to get the updated list of Depends on the package. No
further changes means likely regressions are limited to issues caused by the
rebuilding process itself, so any incorrect behavior of
golang-github-coreos-pkg should be considered a regression.
