Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Xubuntu 16.10 the Wine folder is missing in start
menu. I used the menu editor to check it, there it was ok.
I found, that this folder is not shown, because it contains only a
folder. I put a program starter to /bin/true ('test' in screenshot) and
Wine is shown.
