I need to make the item selection overlap Conky so it looks awesome, but
this bug ruins the awesomeness by Conky overlaps the desktop and the
item selections and desktop icons but the windows overlaps Conky as it
should.
Expected:
I need the desktop icons and the item selection to overlap Conky.
Actual:
Conky overlaps the desktop icons and the item selection, If the desktop
is full of desktop icons you cannot see some of it because Conky tries
to overlap desktop icons and item selection.
