Steps to reproduce:
1º Go to quick settings bar and drag down from the time icon
2º Press over the date & time settings
Current result: date & time setting is displayed after 20 seconds or so
Expected result: date & time settings should be opened faster
** Affects: indicator-datetime (Ubuntu)
