Public bug reported:
Was trying Lubuntu 16.10 offline.
First I tried intall in Grub, but grub-install failed, and was gone in the
popup window error (which there is no way to close, but a bug for that already
exist).
So I try to install in "Test Ubuntu", but it did the same.
I search for grub-install and found out it was not there.
In log file, I found the system was trying to 'apt-install grub-pc' but could
not (I
was in a place without Internet).
And indeed I saw that grub-pc package was not installed (on the DVD).
