I bought a new LENOVO ideapad 310 and installed Ubuntu 16 on it.

Most of the time, when I turn it on, the WIFI doesn't work. It doesn't
show up in lspci output. Sometimes it does work, then it does show up in
lspci output.

When it does work, it is identified as:
