I had the issue pop up again today. Kernel version 4.40-45-generic. I have 3 servers, only one of which is having issues. All of these servers are running the same BIOS version. These servers are as close as identical as possible. This issue appears to still be intermittent. A reboot can some times make both drives show up or none at all or just 1. Can the fix from the mainline kernel be backported?
