Public bug reported:
If I have a dual monitor setup (nvidia twinview) with one screen on top
of the other, with some windows (terminal, etc) on the bottom screen,
when I switch to single monitor mode those windows are no longer
accessible. They don't show up in the panel, and the only way to get
them back is to switch back into dual-monitor mode.
Expected behaviour would be to move any windows that are off the visible
workspace back onto it.
This is in gutsy.
