What I discovred is thus. If itMs set to 0 on days to remember sites
they won't show colors on visited pages.

This is not a bug. Maybe disallow sites to use their own colors. For
that go to Preferences -> Content -> Colors ... and uncheck the "Allow
pages to choose their own colors, ..."
