I cannot confirm this.

I've tried installing virtualbox_1.5.0-24069-1_Ubuntu_feisty_i386.deb
(from virtualbox.org) and it asked me about the license (in the terminal
window, which you have to first open/display).

This may depend on the debconf frontend being used (see "sudo dpkg-
reconfigure debconf").

What backend are you using? I'm using "dialog".

Chris, why do you think it's related to cache.py?
