Public bug reported:
I use akregator as an RSS reader with 'firefox %u' as the chosen external
browser.
On Feisty, one could run through a list of articles double-clicking on the
interesting ones and all those pages would open in the background in a
minimised Firefox without losing focus from akregator. Now what happens is that
Firefox is raised over akregator, but akregator is actually still receiving
focus (it seems) meaning that two Alt+Tabs are required to return to the
akregator window.
