Jason, the trouble is you can't use both the SNAP DNA analysis tool and
the Snappy packaging format on the same system -- they both package
files with the same name but different contents.
You'll have to decide if you want to use the SNAP DNA tool (in which
case apt-get purge snapd may help) or the Snappy packaging system (in
which case apt-get purge snap may help). You probably still have a mess
to clean up though :(
