Public bug reported:

After the upgrade from 16.04 to 16.10 I cannot play wma files anymore. I
run both 16.04 and 16.10 in dual boot. In 16.04 everything is OK. There
is also a difference when I install restricted-extras again. In 16.04 a
lot of other packages are re-installed in 16.10 only one package ubuntu-
restricted-extras is re-installed.
