Public bug reported:

This is not a bug. It's a feature request... but I was unsure about
where it need to be published.

I'm trying to implant a free software stack based on owncloud-tasks and
thunderbird-lightning in my university. Everyting works like a charm,
but looks like Lightning don't include any way to create and show
dependencies on calendar's tasks. Looks like an important requirement,
but I didn't find any information or bug/request about this point.

Anyway, I suspect implementing this it's a huge task, so just writing
here to let you (and other users) known about the proposal.

Thanks for the great job done with this plugin.

** Affects: lightning-sunbird (Ubuntu)
