Public bug reported:
plasma-desktop is outdated, in ubuntu repositories and even in
kubuntu-backports.
I do not know where to report it, so I report it here.
Ubuntu has version 5.5.5, kubuntu backports 5.6.5 and latest (LTS)
version is 5.8.2.
