Public bug reported: Here is an odt file : http://a.courreges.free.fr/divers/Livret.odt
When I open it with OpenOffice on different computers : under Dapper : no problem under Edgy : no problem under Feisty : memory leak. The process "soffice" uses a huge amount of RAM (some Go !!!) after a few scrolls in the document. It never stops increasing. Many people who have tested have the bug. (The original discussion from the French Ubuntu forums is : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=148170&p=3 ) All my computers are 32-bits. I don't know if the problem comes from Feisty or the last version of OOo. A user also reported that the bug was present with a 64-bit compiled OOo2.3 on Gentoo. ** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Memory leak in OpenOffice https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/152165 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
