Marking this as incomplete because I cannot confirm on 16.04.1 using
plasma-workspace 5.5.5.2. Looking at the aforementioned KDE bug, the
affected version is 5.5.3, which is an older version. Using the
reproduction steps (note the video) at
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357895#c3, I cannot reproduce.
If you still see this problem, making clear notes about how to reproduce
it would be essential.
