Fixes for bug #1634964 actually break LXD userspace tools as they
include some 4.8 backports that aren't supported by the userspace in
xenial. The following patches in particular require support from
userspace:

ca52383ad6a6 (namespace) vfs: Don't create inodes with a uid or gid unknown
to the vfs
