installer works ok if you choose guided use whole disk
Tried on Gutsy Gibbon Tribe5
on following Pcs
Intel I965 motherboard Pentuim core 2 duo
Shuttle SS50 P4 Sis Chipset
Hdd is a Segate 500Gb Drive
All Data on Drive removed with dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda
partation table as follows
grub menu.lst
** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
