Easy to reproduce : You just have to make a gksu and to validate your
password (It doesn't append when you cancel)
I'm on the gibbon gutsy and up to date.
My graphic card is a nvidia 7600Gt..

The shadows of a "gksu windows" never doesn't disappear where it's been
closing. It's probably related to compiz. It's append after each update and i
need to restart X to make it disappear. In addition it appear in the four faces
of the cuble.
