Preconditions: language spanish
Test case:
1. Go to System settings
2. Enter in Notifications menu
Current result: some strings in notifications aren't translated i.e:
"Apps can alert you...."
"Apps that notify..."
Furthermore, if an app is selected the alert types displayed aren't translated
Expected result: everything should have a translation into spanish
** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu)
