Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Put Device in desktop mode.
- 2 - Move the pointer to the left of screen.

+ 2 - Move the pointer to the right side of the screen.
Actual Result:
Multi task is displayed too quickly when you approximate pointer to the
right side.

Expected Result:
Multi-task should takes about 1 or 2 seconds to be displayed when you
approximate pointer to the right side, as it works in OTA 13.
