Public bug reported:
I'm using "Norwegian" as locales in Kubuntu 7.10 RC. In "system
setteing", "Monitor and display" panel the language seems to be Chinese,
Japanese, mandarin or something like that. I've been looking at other
panels in "system settings" and the language are all over correct.
