Public bug reported:

I have got a new PC (asrock AliveNF7G-HDready with AMD X2 BE-2350) and
installed a dual boot feisty/gutsy 64bit system. In gutsy the first
thing I do after startup is :

sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart

or the network (dsl router) takes about two minutes to connect (for each
connect). In feisty the network is up right from the start! No big deal,
restarting the network is becoming a habit already. I do prefer the
feisty behavior though. The LAN chip is a RTL8211B / PHY; 1000 MBit/s.
Any hints? I will attach uname-a, version, dmesg.log and lspci.log.

Thanks in advance,
Stephan
