Hello Jeremy, or anyone else affected, Accepted chrome-gnome-shell into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /chrome-gnome-shell/7.1-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
