I upgraded to 16.10 and am having the same issues. I downloaded the following headers and image: linux-headers-4.9.0-040900rc7-generic_4.9.0-040900rc7.201611271731_amd64.deb linux-image-4.9.0-040900rc7-generic_4.9.0-040900rc7.201611271731_amd64.deb
