1) Ubuntu release 16.10
2) gnome-mahjongg version 1.3.22.0-1
3) When tiles are free (not blocked by other tiles) I am able to match them and
remove them.
4) Occasionally I am unable to remove tiles that are 'free' because one of them
is still locked even though it is not blocked by other tiles. This issue has
been occurring since I upgraded to 16.10
