Public bug reported:
`hp-uninstall` fails due to `error: Failed to close HP-Toolbox/HP-
Systray. Close manually and run hp-uninstall again.`. The log file
`~/.hplip/hp-uninstall.log` doesn't contain any information. Please
investigate the code around this failure and expose the reason for the
failure in the output or at least the log file.
