nicstat still has the one open bug that would be trivially fixable:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nicstat/+bug/1487190 (it
contains a patch). It is also missing a team bug subscriber the package,
for the team willing to support it in main.
Please fix the above issues.
