Public bug reported:
Hi,
I just noticed that on my 16.10 machine with inkscape it's not possible anymore
to set arrowheads or -tails on lines anymore. The select buttons for head,
middle, foot are still there, but offer plain lines only.
(See Fill and Stroke Menu, Stroke Style Tab, Markers options)
On my 16.04 machine there's plenty of options to choose from.
regards
