Fix core temperature being wrongly reported as A (LP: #147188)
* Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
* Add entry in debian/NEWS about this update breaking existing
libsensors configurations
* Add postinst script with warning that the applet needs reinstalling
in the panels for the change to take effect
