Public bug reported:
kde-runtime in Ubuntu Xenial, Yakkety and Zesty depends on transitional dummy
package oxygen-icon-theme. Although oxygen5-icon-theme provides
oxygen-icon-theme, it does not provide a certain version of this package so the
versioned kde-runtime dependency on oxygen-icon-theme package (>= 4:4.6) cannot
be satisfied by oxygen5-icon-theme. It is necessary to keep the
oxygen-icon-theme dummy package to use KDE.
A solution could be to make oxygen5-icon-theme providing a certain version of
oxygen-icon-theme but dpkg in Trusty is older than 1.17.11 and does not have
versioned provides support so this solution may break upgrading from Trusty to
Xenial.
Another solution may be to add an alternative dependency so kde-runtime will
depend on oxygen-icon-theme OR oxygen5-icon-theme. But the easiest way is to
remove oxygen-icon-theme version number from the dependencies as made in Debian.
