Note that Ubuntu >= 16.04 only has PHP7.0. Given that, I think we can
possibly only fix this in Trusty (at least that would be the priority).
However, we might want to be sure that zend-framework also does work in
Xenial (not hitting this bug). In 17.04, I am working on fixing this
properly.
