Public bug reported:
When clicking on the 'Details' button in unity-control-center, nothing
happens. After that, trying to close the application just relaunches it.
>From the command line:
$ unity-control-center
libicui18n.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

(clicking on details)
