Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
As far as I can tell (I'm not sure how to test this) Visual Effects can
use quite a bit of my batteries energi. Okay, if that's the case then
Gnome-power-manager needs an option to overide Visual Effects when I'm
on battery power.
