libertine-manager-app for xenial in the stable overlay ppa has the
following Breaks:
Replaces: libertine (<= 1.4.3+17.04.20161118.1-0ubuntu1)
Breaks: libertine (<= 1.4.3+17.04.20161118.1-0ubuntu1)
The latest xenial build is 1.4.3+16.04.20161121.2-0ubuntu1
So you can install libertine fine, and libertine-manager-app fine as
long as they aren't both installed.
