Please sync urlgrabber 3.10.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian, remaining changes:
+ d/p/debian/patches/progress_object_callback_fix.diff: Apply 674d545e from
upstream development version to fix incorrect documentation for
progress_object callback.
I confirmed that the change was made in the new version by looking at
https://sources.debian.net/src/urlgrabber/3.10.1-2/urlgrabber/grabber.py/#L48
