Public bug reported:

Did
sudo apt-get install geomview
to get geomview 1.9.5 on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS install under VirtualBox
64-bit 5.1.10.

Geomview seems to be working - all the Motif controls are there in the
main window, the toolbar... But any Cameras created are stuck where they
are spawned and cannot be moved. New cameras appear over old cameras at
a fixed position. No window chrome, no titlebars, nothing. Now way to
move camera windows, since they're not proper windows. Just a raw
viewport. Geomview used to work under ubuntu under virtualbox just fine
with cameras movable as normal windows, so what changed? This appears
unaffected by VIrtualBox display settings - 3D or similar.

Screenshot shows Geomview running SaVi module (I maintain SaVi, just
sudo apt-get that, then: geomview -run savi ) with camera (black view of
Earth) lacking movable titlebar/window chrome. But problem is geomview-
specific.

Please fix. (X isn't a valid tag name? seriously?)
