In Thunderbird, the link opens a browser at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/browse/type:3
- which is the Mozilla Thunderbird Dictionaries page.
Tested Sat Oct 13 using Gutsy / the same thunderbird package as in the
bug report.
Conceivably, the reported problem could result from the fact that, if
the NoScript add-on is installed in Firefox, assuming Firefox is default
browser, the page appears not to offer any actual dictionaries - scripts
need to be allowed for mozilla.org, after which a full list of
dictionaries is offered, although in a different format that the page
linked from the URL in the bug report.
Further note: I downloaded and installed the Italian dictionary and
confirmed it working after restarting Thunderbird. Bug 103000 also
edited.
