Hi, this usually states that something on your packages is broken locale.
Dependencies usually prevent different content from several files (they either 
are installable together).

To recommend a solution is a bit complex as it is very much special to
whatever got your system in that state. Usually people try to remove and
reinstall the offending packages.

`dpkg --verify` can help to find if something modified your files from
what the content should be like.
