* 3.13.0-91: OK
* 3.13.0-92: Bad
* 3.13.0-93: OK
* 3.13.0-95: OK
* 3.13.0-96: OK
* 3.13.0-98: OK
I installed all of these via "sudo apt-get install linux-image-
extra-{version}-generic". Versions not noted between 3.13.0-90 and
3.13.0-99 were reported by apt-get as being unavailable. I tested most
of them with rEFInd alone for simplicity.
