We'll update NGINX in Zesty, but I'm marking Won't Fix for Xenial and
Yakkety at this time. I'm not willing to push uploads at this time to
Xenial or Yakkety without clearing it with the Server and SRU teams, and
a much higher priority is to get Zesty complete.
We'll be uploading 1.10.2 shortly to Zesty after it passes some build
tests.
