Public bug reported:
On a clean install (apt remove --purge mpd && apt install mpd) with no
music files or playlists, mpd refuses connections from localhost. The
log is empty.
Could this have something to do with the recent systemd changes in
versions 0.19.20 and 0.19.21? It was working just fine until a couple
days ago.
