It appears that while mysql was trying to configure it ran into issues, which cascaded down to bacula, preventing it from installing. If you were to fix the issues with mysql, possible wrong password, it should fix things up.
Since there isn't enough information in your report to differentiate between a local configuration problem and a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.
