Public bug reported:

I formatted the EFI partition(Win 10 pre-installed) during a new
installation of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Details:
I restored Ubuntu 14.04LTS from an image from an older system with BIOS mode.
But when I updated grub on new machine(which was in EFI only mode) for some
reason the system was booting in to low resolution and this affected the UI
inside the restored the OS also.

To fix this I installed the Ubuntu 16 just to restore the booting setup,
but that did not fix the problem, so I formatted the EFI partition and
then this bug(if it is) came up at the end of installation.
