Public bug reported:

Sometimes after I power on laptop or resume it from suspend/hibernate,
it doesn't connect to any WiFi network (but can find APs). This problem
is both with network manager and wicd. Wicd stops to connect when trying
to authorize.

Restarting of NM/Wicd, removing and inserting wl module don't help. Only
reboot or suspend and resume help.

I didn't try it with brcmsmac because there is very slow connection
speed with this driver.
