In Kubuntu 16.10, Kaffeine sometimes doesn't properly pause DVB-C video.
The video is paused and can be resumed, but only once. When pausing and
restarting a second time, playback continues at the current position, and all
recorded video is lost.
The setting of the path for recording doesn't work either, files are
currently put in the home directory, not in the path configured.
