I suggested you file against gnome-shell (Ubuntu) when you asked for a specific place to report these kinds of issues. At least reporting there would allow for someone to triage them to where the bug probably exists. But usually, these aren't actually bugs in Wayland or GNOME so you can file directly against the affected package if you like.
