Card is Belkin PC card, RT2500-based.

Laptop suspends or hibernates OK, comes back from hibernate OK ... but
the wifi card is off and can't be switched back on. Network Manager
can't see it either. Unplugging and replugging the card doesn't make it
come back.

Here is /var/log/messages through the last suspend and resume, with my
notes on what has happened. I've left no lines out.

- At this stage, the laptop is back to life and everything's working,
but the PC card isn't on and doesn't appear visible to the system. I try
ejecting it:
